Ms. Miles comes to us as a seasoned Insurance Professional. She has  extensive experience in claims as well as sales in the insurance industry. She started her career as a claims representative before becoming an  exclusive agency owner. She managed her agency for over twenty-five years before relocating to Texas and joining Outcome Insurance Solutions as a business development manager. She is also very active in her community  mentoring children and working with non-profit organizations.
